Quietly going where no boat has gone before

Proudly Canadian with humble roots and big ambitions, we’re leading North America in the silent revolution of net-zero pleasure crafts. Founded and led by a team of Nova Scotians with a passion for boating and global electrification, we’ve carefully selected each element to eliminate negative environmental impact. We are on a mission to offer a sustainable way for friends and families to enjoy the on-water bliss of a silent, low-maintenance vessel.

Headquartered in Nova Scotia, our customers are purchasing a boat that is designed and built in a place that has depended on the Atlantic Ocean for its livelihood since 1728. We’ve partnered with a family-owned manufacturing company with 75+ years of boat building and aluminum welding experience to create quality, highly durable and reliable electric boats.

Aluminum Hull

Recyclability

The impact of aluminum production is far lower than that of alternative boat building materials, such as fiberglass. It can be recycled repeatedly without losing its structural integrity or performance, making it the easiest metal to recycle.

Durability

Demonstrated in its resistance to corrosion, reduced maintenance requirements, and longer lifespan. Therefore, less waste and fewer resources are required to replace or repair the hull.

Lightweight

Boats with aluminum hulls are generally lighter than those comprised of steel or fiberglass. This results in improved energy efficiency, higher speed, and superior handling.

Versatility

Aluminum can be shaped and molded into a wide range of designs, which can optimize hull performance and reduce energy consumption. This allows SPRK boat designers to create vessels that are more efficient.
